If you have paid monthly, you can cancel your membership at any time and you won't be charged again. Cancelling your membership will remove you from the private Facebook Community Group and from the Kajabi Member Area. 

If you have paid annually ($240), you can cancel within 30 days of signing up for a full refund. If you cancel your annual membership after your first 30 days, you will still have access to your program until 12 months after your original date of registration.   

The monthly LIVE Zoom Call with Lisa are 90-minutes via Zoom on the last Wednesday of every month, from 1pm-2:30pm Eastern. If you can't join us live, a recording is available within 48 hours. Lisa offers a 30 minute brand new teaching each month that stays in line with content of all her Mind-Body Courses, followed by Q & A.

Yes! All the monthly recordings (in video format and mp3 audio format) will all be in your Member Area while your membership is active. You will no longer be able to access them when you cancel as you will be removed from the Member Area, however, you can download the audio MP3s to your computer before you cancel so you can listen any time you like (the videos are not downloadable).

1. So everyone participating in these calls has a general basic understanding of the teachings that will be covered in these monthly calls. This way we don't have to spend time explaining the basics (which are covered in all the online courses) 

2. So that these calls are a private space for people to share private issues in a safe supportive environment with others. 

There will be online LIVE 2-hour interactive workshops with Lisa offered in 2024 - with Q & A - available to the general public for $49. No requirement necessary to attend these workshops.

You can come on the LIVE Zoom calls on the last Wednesday of the month from 1-2:30pm EST and ask Lisa a question and she is available to take as many questions as time permits during the 45-minute Q & A segment of the call.

Lisa suggests to anyone who wants a private session to sign up for Mind-Body Mastery and/or Emotional Mastery.

Then upgrade to include the Embodied Consciousness Membership with the monthly LIVE calls. 

You can talk with Lisa and ask questions on these monthly cdalls. 

You can either pay for the entire year (and save $60) or pay monthly for $25/per month. 

It's LIKE getting Lisa one-on-one, through the video courses and once-a-month on a LIVE call. She has poured everything that has worked for her into these courses and each video has a Q & A where Lisa answers people's specific questions and specific issues. 

Each course is 6 weeks.

Emotional Mastery is 9 hours of content. To end the emotional rollercoaster and recognize your true nature. 

Mind-Body Mastery is 12 hours of content. For anyone that is ready for the war against yourself to be over, for anyone that is ready to stop with attack thoughts and self-sabotage.
