YES I AM READY

What You'll Be Able To Do

After this 90-minute experience, you'll be able to:

  • Recognize what healing actually means in A Course in Miracles — and why it is an ability that can be developed.
  • Notice when fear, body-identification, or the belief that something is wrong is shaping the way you see yourself and others.
  • Understand the difference between trying to be healed and learning how to heal.
  • Begin practicing healing exactly where you are — without needing to feel whole, be free of fear, or maintain a special spiritual state.

Most importantly, you'll leave knowing where to begin:

Not by pretending you're somewhere you're not.
Not by trying harder to be healed.
But by learning how to heal.

Learn to Heal

A 90-Minute Experiential Masterclass with Lisa Natoli

I spent years trying to heal. But I had never learned how to heal.

For years, I did the work.

I read the books. I said the affirmations and spiritual truths. I journaled. I visualized. I prayed. I changed my thinking.

I told myself I was healed, whole, healthy, complete, one with God, eternal and infinite.

I knew all the right words.

But my actual experience told a different story.

I felt sick. My breathing was erratic. My mouth was dry. I felt lethargic and heavy.

Most of all, I felt like a body.

I would say, I am light.

I would say, I am not a body.

I would say, I am whole.

But if I'm truthful, I didn't really know what any of that meant.

I knew it intellectually.

And underneath all those spiritual truths was the same question:

Why am I still not healed?

So I kept trying.

Searching. Fixing. Praying. Changing my thoughts. Praying. Trying to find the thing I hadn't found yet.

And when I look back now, I can see something I couldn't see then:

Almost everything I was doing had the same goal.

I was trying to heal the body.

Even my spiritual practices and mind-work were being used to get the body to change.

I thought that was healing.

Until I began to question the whole premise:

What actually needs healing?

That question opened the door to something I had missed through years of spiritual practice.

A Course in Miracles makes this remarkable statement:

“Healing is the one ability everyone can develop and must develop if he is to be healed.”

I had read those words before, but I had never really stopped to consider what they meant.

Healing is an ability.

An ability isn't something you wait for.

It's something you develop.

And suddenly I saw the distinction:

I had spent years trying to heal my body. With diet. With medicine. With supplements. With spiritual affirmations. With Light. With Presence.

But I was still in doubt, fear, irritation, anger.

I hadn't understood that healing was something to be learned and practiced in the mind.

What do I do with fear?

What do I do with a grievance?

What do I do when I'm holding myself or someone else guilty?

What happens when I meet the places in my mind where I have chosen fear and separation with love instead?

This was an entirely different understanding of healing.

And it meant I didn't have to already feel whole.

I didn't have to be free of fear.

I didn't have to convince myself I wasn't a body.

I didn't have to maintain an elevated state or perfect my thoughts.

I could begin exactly where I was.

This was the key for me.

This was my firm beginning.

I stopped making the body the place where healing had to happen and began learning to heal where healing was actually needed: in my own mind.

Fear became something I could learn to meet with love. A grievance became an opportunity to heal. Anger, judgment, guilt, irritation, all of it became part of the classroom.

I didn't have to wait to be healed. I could learn to heal.

And I could begin right here.

So what does it actually mean to heal?

What is this ability?

What interferes with it?

And how do you develop it?

That's what we're going to explore and experience together in Learn to Heal.

You begin exactly where you are.

Come spend 90 minutes with me and discover what it means to develop the one ability A Course in Miracles says everyone can develop:

Healing.
