We have been trained/taught to believe we are a solid body that is separate from other people and other things. We are taught that we "feel" and "think" - and this becomes our experience in the world, in the body.
When I was dealing with physical symptoms and chronic pain, I tried everything to heal. I tried medicine, antibiotics, steriods, supplements, vitamins, diets. I tried positive affirmations. ...
Whatever fear thought or worry thought arises in you, that's for you to see, so it can be healed in the light of truth.
What typically happens when a fear-thought or worry-thought arises is that we don't see it, which is so weird, right??
We're thinking about it, the thought is happening RIGHT HERE, within you, and it's completely unseen.
What do I mean?
Let's investigate your own experience.
Are you worried about anything?
Fearful of anything?
Worried about money?
Worried about the economy?
Afraid of the future?
Worried about health or the body?
Whatever the thought is, recognize "That's a thought"
Acknowledge: "I see that thought. I am aware of it. I see that worry thought. I see that fear thought."
If a thought is anything other than peace, joy, happiness, enthusiasm, excitement, love, gratitude ... then it's part of a self-made image that you made up about yourself. This image is not true.

I wanted to take some this morning to write a message to you, a way for you to check-in with yourself on a few important questions:
Are you acknowledging the light that is here?
Are you using it to heal?
Are you using it to create?
Are you using this light to bless, comfort and uplift?
Or are you in darkness?
You're either in darkness or you are in light ... there is no in between.
With all that is occurring in the world right now (nothing new) and with all the changes in the United States, there might be a tendency to think you are helpless, powerless or weak.
You are not powerless or helpless.
You are the power of God, with the same power to heal and create.
Just a reminder that the light of God (which is your Self) is here, available to you to acknowledge and use.

They are giving "evidence" and "proof" how something is not fair and not right, most specifically people being fired from federal government jobs and in the latest scenerio 1000 people fired from the National Forest Park service and given reason for their termination as "poor performance" even though many of them have received excellent performance over the many years they have been there.
